When you purchase a service from SimplisticNode, you will be given access to a control panel tailored to the type of product you have ordered. These panels provide the tools you need to manage, configure, and monitor your service. Below is an overview of the panels you may encounter.
Game Server Panel (Orbit)
Game servers are managed through our Game Server Panel, which gives you full control over your server without needing any technical expertise. From this panel, you can start, stop, and restart your server, edit configuration files, upload custom content via the built-in file manager or SFTP, manage plugins and mods, schedule tasks such as automatic restarts, view your server console in real time, and create and restore backups.
The Game Server Panel is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly. Most actions can be performed with a few clicks, and help documentation is available within the panel for common tasks.
Web Hosting Panel (cPanel & DirectAdmin)
Web hosting services come with a web-based control panel that allows you to manage every aspect of your hosting environment. Common features include domain and DNS management, file management and FTP access, email account creation and management, database creation and administration, SSL certificate installation, one-click application installers for platforms like WordPress, and resource usage monitoring.
If you are new to web hosting, the panel includes helpful wizards and guides to walk you through common tasks like pointing your domain or setting up an email address.
VPS & Dedicated Server Panel
VPS and Dedicated Server customers have access to a more advanced panel that provides root-level control over their virtual or physical machine. Key features include power controls to start, stop, reboot, or reinstall your server, operating system reinstallation with a choice of available OS templates, console access directly from your browser, resource monitoring for CPU, RAM, disk, and bandwidth usage, ISO mounting for custom installations, and reverse DNS (rDNS) configuration.

Accessing Your Panel
You can access the relevant control panel for any service by logging into your Client Dashboard and navigating to the service in question. Click on the service, and you will see a link or button to open the associated panel. Your login credentials for the panel are typically sent to your email when the service is first provisioned.
Tip: Keep your panel login credentials in a safe place. If you forget your panel password, you can usually reset it from within your Client Dashboard or by contacting support.
