What You Receive
When your web hosting order is provisioned, you will receive an email containing your control panel login URL and credentials, the nameservers you need to point your domain to, your server’s IP address, and FTP connection details. Keep this email safe - you will need these details to set up your hosting.
Which Control Panel Do I Have?
SimplisticNode offers two industry-leading control panels for web hosting: cPanel and DirectAdmin. Both provide a graphical interface for managing all aspects of your hosting. The panel you have depends on the plan you purchased. If you are unsure, log in to your Client Dashboard and check the service details, or refer to your welcome email.
cPanel: The most widely used hosting panel in the world. Known for its feature-rich interface, extensive documentation, and broad compatibility with third-party tools.
DirectAdmin: A lightweight, fast, and modern alternative to cPanel. DirectAdmin offers a clean interface, lower resource overhead, and all the essential features you need to manage your hosting.
First Steps
After logging in to your control panel, we recommend pointing your domain to your hosting (if you have not already), uploading your website files or installing a CMS, setting up an SSL certificate for HTTPS, and creating any email accounts you need.
