SimplisticNode supports a variety of payment methods to make it as easy as possible for you to pay for your services. Below is an overview of the options currently available.
Available Payment Methods
Credit & Debit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Card payments are processed securely and can be saved to your account for future use.
PayPal: You can pay using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or a card associated with your PayPal account. PayPal is a popular choice for those who prefer not to enter card details directly.
Account Credit: If you have credit on your SimplisticNode account (from a refund, promotional offer, or manual top-up), it will be automatically applied to your next invoice before any other payment method is charged.
Setting Up Auto-Pay
To avoid missing a payment, you can enable auto-pay from the Billing section of your Client Dashboard. When auto-pay is active, your default payment method will be charged automatically when an invoice is generated. You will still receive a notification email so you are always aware of charges made to your account.
Tip: If your card is declined, check that the billing address on file matches the address registered with your bank. Currency conversion issues can also occasionally cause declines - contact your bank if the problem persists.
