SimplisticNode occasionally offers promotional codes and account credits as part of special offers, partnerships, or loyalty rewards. Here is how to use them.
Applying a Promo Code
Promo codes can be entered during the checkout process when placing a new order. Look for the "Promo Code" or "Discount Code" field on the order summary or checkout page. Enter the code exactly as provided and click Apply. If the code is valid, the discount will be reflected in your order total immediately.
Promo codes may have conditions attached, such as being valid only for specific products, billing cycles, or new customers. They may also have expiration dates. If a code does not work, double-check the terms or contact support for assistance.
Account Credits
Account credits are funds added to your SimplisticNode account balance. Credits can come from approved refunds, promotional offers, or manual top-ups. When an invoice is generated, any available account credit is automatically applied before your payment method is charged.
You can view your current credit balance in the Billing section of your Client Dashboard. If your credit balance covers the full amount of an invoice, no additional payment will be taken.
Info: Promo codes and credits cannot typically be combined. If you have both, the account credit will be applied after the promo code discount has been calculated.
