It is important to keep your billing information up to date, especially if your card has expired, you have changed banks, or you need to update your billing address. Here is how to make changes.
Updating Your Payment Method
Step 1: Log In to Your Client Dashboard
Navigate to the SimplisticNode website and log in with your credentials.
Step 2: Go to Billing
Click on the Billing section in the main navigation menu.
Step 3: Manage Payment Methods
Find the Payment Methods area. Here you can add a new card or PayPal account, remove an outdated payment method, or set a different method as your default.
Step 4: Save Changes
After making your updates, confirm and save. Your new payment method will be used for all future invoices and auto-pay charges.
Updating Your Billing Address
Your billing address can be updated from the Account Settings or Billing section. Make sure this matches the address on file with your payment provider to avoid declined transactions. If your business details have changed, such as a company name or VAT number, update those here as well.
Warning: If your payment method expires and no valid replacement is on file, auto-pay will fail and your services may be at risk of suspension. Update your details before your current card expires
