Your requirements may change over time, and SimplisticNode makes it easy to adjust your plan accordingly. Whether you need more resources or want to reduce your spending, upgrades and downgrades can be managed directly from your dashboard.
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade, navigate to the service you want to change in your Client Dashboard and look for the Upgrade or Change Plan option. You will be shown the available plans with higher specifications. Select the plan you want, review the pricing difference, and confirm the upgrade.
When you upgrade, the price difference is calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of your current billing cycle. This means you only pay the difference for the time remaining, not the full price of the new plan. Your service will be upgraded immediately upon payment.
Downgrading Your Plan
Downgrading works similarly. Navigate to your service, select the Change Plan option, and choose a plan with lower specifications. Downgrades typically take effect at the next billing cycle renewal, so you will continue to have access to your current resources until then.
Warning: Before downgrading, make sure your current resource usage fits within the limits of the lower plan. For example, if you are using 40GB of storage and the lower plan only includes 20GB, you will need to reduce your usage before the downgrade can be applied.
