Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service, how long you have had it, and the reason for the request. In general, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Services cancelled within the first few days of purchase are more likely to be eligible, while long-running services or those that have consumed significant resources may not qualify.
Certain items are typically non-refundable, including domain registrations, setup fees, and any add-ons that have already been provisioned or consumed.
How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Open a Support Ticket
Log in to your Client Dashboard and navigate to the Support section. Open a new ticket and select the Billing category.
Step 2: Provide Details
Include your service details, the reason for your refund request, and any relevant context. The more information you provide, the faster we can process your request.
Step 3: Wait for a Response
Our billing team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method or as account credit, depending on the circumstances.
